A four-course, sit-down meal will be served




Course One


Classic Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan shavings, garlic croutons, Caesar dressing




Course Two


Seasonal Vegetable Soup

A warm, comforting blend of fresh, seasonal vegetables




Course Three – Main Course


Please choose one:


Roast Salmon with Prawns, served with a lemon butter sauce

Slow-Cooked Featherblade of Beef, served in a rich red wine jus




Course Four – Dessert


Pear Tart with Mascarpone Cream

Served warm with a smooth mascarpone topping
